Sleeve plate flexible processing line

1. The production line is suitable for stop sleeve, insert sleeve, molding after the fire door cover machining;

2. All door covers are cut by 90° sawing, and the top cover is connected on the side

3. Processing size range:Top plate: length (900-1800mm)× width (100-650mm)× thickness (10-45mm);

Side panel: length (1800-3000mm)× width (100-650mm)× thickness (10-45mm);

4. Production capacity: 120-160 sheets /8 hours;

5. The production line can optimize the processing size according to customer orders,

improve the utilization rate, save raw materials.

6. Covers an area of 25×6.5m.
